Lisa, I have never written one of these before, and I have dealt with good Real Estate agents in the past but I felt that after they did their job and I paid their fee we were even. The service that you provided definitely deserves the time to say thank you. I like your no-pressure approach, you were down to earth and had all of the answers to our questions. After selling at close to 99% of my asking price in 10 days I would say it worked out, and you did your job very well. It could have been stressful selling our home and finding a rental in six weeks (especially for my wife) and would have been if it were not for you. You had mentioned that you knew a few people, we couldn't find much in the paper, but you kept calling and showing us homes. I would have settled for anything, having to move in six weeks, but you finding us what we wanted, where we wanted, and when we wanted, in so little time after the sale, is really above and beyond what your average Real Estate agent is willing to do.

That is what sets you apart from other Real Estate agents. I  would recommend you to anyone and everyone looking for a Real Estate agent. We enjoyed dealing with you from the interview to the end.
